Another stamp for a friend on their big birthday bash!
Oh man I really really tried for this one. :< I feel in a funk. I wanted it to be animated in a few ways, none worked well. Even sparkly edges moving, it looked too glitzy and very amateur, so I chose to keep it simple and not animated. I hope it still looks swell! :3

This is for =neekko, because it is Neekko's birthday and Neekko just so happens to be one of my best friends ever! Even back last year, I made something. [link] and this year, I wanna still make something, though it be simple. Its more or less a way for me to celebrate how awesome Neekko's work and characters are to me. I love them and the artist ain't too bad either >:3

So if you know Neekko, or want to know Neekko and maybe grow to be just as fantarded, use this stamp to let it show! I know I will.
